Marvel Villains are powerful, menacing, memorable — and more often than some of us would like to acknowledge — you can kind of see where they’re coming from. So with 60-plus years of comics to discuss, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe in full swing on film and TV screens, the Great Pop Culture Debate wants to know: Who IS the best Marvel Comics villain?
