For TV viewers, there is both the agony and the ecstasy of living through the Second Golden Age of Television, and 2022 was no exception. Streaming services, premium cable, and even – gasp! – the networks kept churning out spectacular new series and incredible seasons of continuing shows. And we just keep loosening those proverbial belts and shoveling them in. With so many incredible hours of television released this year, it’s impossible to have seen it all.
