Derek is a native Jersey boy — full of sass and class, and aging disgracefully. He lives his life according to the Three Ds: disco, dick, and fried chicken. When he’s not using “Star Trek” to comfort the existential dread of modern life, he occasionally finds time to make a mark for himself in Boston’s interior design industry with his drag alter-ego, 24HR Dinah. Derek’s pop-culture loves are 90s dance music, the current renaissance of science fiction, and the Muppets.
